Aksys Games has announced a release date for their localization of the Nihon Falcom developed action RPG Tokyo Xanadu.

We’ve known it was coming since the middle of 2016, but we haven’t heard much about it since; the lone updates being a release window, limited edition details, and some gameplay clips which hit mid-to-late January. You’d be forgiven if you forgot it was coming at all, though I certainly haven’t – it’s one of my most anticipated Vita titles!

For those who need a refresher, Tokyo Xanadu follows Kou Tokisaka; a 17 year old high school student who can handle himself quite nicely in a pinch. He and his friends do battle with in an alternate world, using weapons known as soul devourers to take on labyrinths full of monsters.

So we’ve heard it was coming this Summer, but now the news is that we finally have a date to watch out for – the announcement tweet below laying it all out for you nicely.

There you have it, Tokyo Xanadu is headed our way on June 30th.
