Tokyo Xanadu and The Nonary Games where announced for Europe too. Aksys is not going NA only this timr.
I will change them when EU versions are available to pre-order, The Nonary Games is out next week in NA, no sign of any EU physical pre-order for that, edit: had a look couple of sites saying Q4 for EU release.
That's a great list. Thanks for posting that!
I preorderd Operation Babel and will maybe pick up Mary Skelter for Vita. I might possibly import Tokyo Xanadu.
Added Uncanny Valley, a new Signature Edition game.
Drive Girls is getting an EU release by Rising Star Games on the 26th May, this has been added to the list, as Lumo didn't get a US release i'll stick it in the EU only column for now.
Good job AJ.
Nice work AJ. I've been using a scrappy bit of paper with all my preorders scrawled in pencil, but will now print this list out.
I'm not seeing Ys Origins (preorder at Play Asia) or Skull Girls (LimitedRunGames).
It is? Where did you see that news?
Skull Girls (LRG) was left off last years list as the JP version came out last April with Eng option, i didn't want to add alternate versions, basically same version anyway.
Thanks for the info on Ys Origins, have added it above.
I think he meant it wasn't in the list when he posted
Nice work AJ77! Where did you see Drive Girls? Is it available to order already?
This. I preordered it ages ago.
Amazon UK have it listed
Can you link it because it doesn't come up in the search
Just sort that list by release date and it's there.
Wow. Drive Girls is really, really weird. Rising Star Games haven't been a massive Vita supporter, but they've always been there in the background. Originally they just brought games to Europe physically (i.e. Virtue's Last Reward; Sorcery Saga) then they got into indie publishing (La Mulana Ex), but they never localized any games for Vita until 2015 with Superbeat XONIC.
Since then, they've barely touched the console save for Lumo last year, which somehow got a physical release.
Interesting if they have indeed picked up Drive Girls. It's such a random pick, lol. I wonder if they got it for really cheap because it bombed in Japan or something.
Drive Girls is getting a physical English release in Europe? The Vita is so weird. It sucks Amazon won't ship it to the United States so i'll just get it from Play Asia or something.
I can always get you a copy if that doesn't work out, don't worry.
Yeah, I mean, tons of us live in Europe, it wouldn't be the first time I've mailed something to someone in another country.
I'm sure indeed that we can send anything to the US, but jeepers... Drive Girls localised. I'll follow the release with trailers and whatnot because what I've seen so far wasn't... Promising...
Takao pointed out to me that the publishers of Drive Girls in Japan (Bersagla) own 50% of Rising Star Games. So makes a lot more sense now.
Honesty I might actually need your assistance ordering Slain. I just spent my entire lunch break at my bank with a supervisor there trying to help me get my Slain order to go there for a full 45 minutes, and the two of us couldn't get the order to go threw either. I also got a response back from the Signature Edition Games confirming that nothing is wrong on their end of the webstore.
That does make more sense, but I still feel like there's a cost benefit analysis to be made with the costs of translation, and potential sales, and that I wouldn't think of positively, personally.
