The idea of this thread is a place where you can update others of what developers have responded when you asked them if it would be possible with a Vita version of their game in the future.

I have got a lot of negative answers as well but I will not put them here (and I hope that you to spare us the rejected or rude answers you got too) and the reason for that is so noone will know that the developer allready answered that question in a bad way, which will result in (hopefully) more tweets that they have to answer and this might get them to start concider a Vita version ;)

Please write down your twitter handle so this thread don't get flooded with photoshop montages.

I asked Vlambeer about porting Nuclear Throne to Vita and Rami said "It's a thing." Can't be assed to post a screenie as I access Twitter from my phone.

When asked the Konami team on one of their Livestreams on Twitch regarding what has happened to Zone of the Enders HD, they said they got no plans atm for a Vita port.

That is a Hideo Kojima alias on his 'troll' account.

    http://www.comicvine.com/profile/samimista/blog/the-identity-of-joakim-mogren/90275/

If you unscramble Joakim you end up with Kojima. 'Joakim' is the CEO of 'Moby Dick Studios,' which revealed MGS Ground Zeroes last year.

Kojima said that all Fox Engine games will run on the Vita and he will have them ported and Ground Zeroes and the Phantom Pain run on Fox Engine so let's hope he keeps his word.

Glad this was posted up, I had to throw in some positive "YES" to that tweet. I hope it's a thing, I did buy MGS HD as it is. The hunger hasn't stopped yet. I'm really impressed with this thread and the content posted thus far. Thanks @mellan_Konsten for starting it, as well as everyone who's contributed good responses thus far. Oh and Shahid's back on twitter =3

Woah, dude. I wish I could support the Vita as much as you and the others who contact these developers directly. I did recently sign that petition for Digimon Story's localization because Digimon is truly amazing and so is the Vita. Keep up the good work TVL. You have inspired me to be more active in supporting the Vita. Also if MGS:GZ does come to Vita I may have to celebrate. Possibly with a thank you letter to Hideo Kojima himself for being who he is.

I spoke with one of the developers at the Miami Supercon (also spoke with one of the developers from Yacht Club Games) and asked him about a vita port. He said that they were interested but weren't ready to anounce anything yet. It looks like their seriously considering a vita port. Acording to the developers "Freedom Planet" is a game that is inspired by the 16-bit sonic games, except you also use motorbykes as a powerup:

Wait, where the hell did he say this? There's almost no way you'll be able to get a game like Ground Zeroes, much less the Phantom Pain, running on the Vita properly.

Ground Zeroes is only 3.82 GB sir. Sure a Vita version would be lacking a puddle or texture or two here and there but it would not take much to be ported to the Vita given the Fox Engine was developed to support the Vita, once they cut the resolution to fit on the Vita it would be a piece of cake.

I kind of doubt the Fox Engine actually supports Vita. To the best of our knowledge, none of Konami's scant Vita games run on it. New versions of PES do, and for whatever reason they skip Vita.

Can you please show me where he says that Fox Engine games will be ported to the Vita? And I really, really doubt that all it would take would be a resolution cut or the removal of a few effects, even if the engine was "designed to support the Vita". That demonstration they did a while back of the Vita running MGS4 was at 20 FPS, Ground Zeroes and the Phantom Pain would be pretty much unplayable even if they did a Borderlands 2-esque slash-and-burn job on the effects and spawn rates.
