Whats some games that dont get much love but you really enjoy or really surprised you on the Vita?
Maybe a hidden gem, a game that had poor or average reviews that you really enjoyed, be it a PSP or PSVita game, as long as it can be played on the vita it will count in this thread.

I havnt been playing the vita very long but ive amassed about 30 physical copies and 40 or 50 downloads, read hundreds of games reviews, certainly havnt had time to play them all lol, but im starting to get a good feel for it, its a fantastic little machine, worth every cent imo.

Heres a few games ive found really cool that dont get the big wraps.

    Sine Mora
    F1 2011
    MXGP
Extreme Space Invaders ( Awesome game )
    Brothers in arms
    WRC4
    Gran Turismo
    MOTOGP 14
    Motostorm Arctic edge
    Axe combat joint assault
    Unit 13
    Dragons Crown

Id enjoy hearing your most underrated games..

    Cheers

Corpse Party: Blood Drive is getting no love on Metacritic. scores of 40 and 65. I love the game and give it a 90 myself.

Muramasa Rebirth gets my vote. Great game, and there are definitely a lot of others who think that, but still I feel like it flew a little under the radar for its quality.

I think Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines. It is one of Sony's most ambitious Vita games but it got a negative reception in Japan because of changes in the story compared to the Japan-only prequel and no one in the west took it seriously because it launched as a PSN-only game for $19.99 with a confusing marketing.

I also feel many launch year games have been forgotten. Unit 13, Mutant Blobs, Dokuro, Wipeout 2048, Hot Shots Golf, Virtua Tennis 4, Motorstorm RC, LBP, Sly Cooper 4 (or was this early 2013?), Assassin's Creed Liberation, Virtue's Last Reward Sine Mora, Super Stardust Delta etc. Man, launch year was good times.

Oreshika is a great shout Goro.

    I'd say:

    Wipeout 2048
    Broken Sword 5
    Everybody's Golf
    Virtua Tennis 4
    Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus
    Toukiden: Kiwami
    Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3

On top of what everyone else has already listed...I think SF x Tekken and Ultimate Marvel vs CAPCOM 3 are extremely underrated... imo.

I've lost count of the number of times I've ended up wildly disagreeing with metacritic scores so I'm not fazed by this. Time has taught me that my gut reaction to watching gameplay and reading information is a much better gauge than checking review scores. I have Corpse Party: Blood Drive but am yet to play it, so I'm reserving judgement. I'm thinking it might be the kind of thing to play in bed, in the dark?

As far as hidden gems on the Vita go, I'd say more people need to play Lumines: Electronic Symphony, Unit 13 and Steins; Gate.

Monster Monpiece. Humorous storyline with decent enough twists and character development. The best part however was the game mechanics. It was a great mesh of CCG and mini game. The only thing that held it back was the fan service, and that's what got me into the game in the first place.

Yes, it most certainly is a kind of game to play in bed, in the dark.

I found the game to have some true scary moments......too bad the critics don't agree..... :(

x2 for Sly Cooper. Awesome game that got overlooked amongst other title at the time.

Wouldn't say Dragons crown was underrated.

I'd say Borderlands 2 and AC : Liberation are definitely the most underrated in that their bugs were blown way out of proportion and reviews scores suffered. In fact the bugs aren't that bad or frequent and were updated to be more stable. Regardless the sheer scale and enjoyment you get from these epic games far outweighs any bug. These 2 games are still in my top 10 (borderlands probably top 5).

One that gets overlooked a bit is Hustle kings the PS vita Version with DLC, an awesome game, some of the best graphics on the vita, even if youve never really been into pool or snooker its such a fun game to get into and so realistic, and you could play it forever, i highly recommend it if your into sports games or gamers that like appreciate quality games no matter what they are.

Well, I think in Silent Hill: Book of Memories. It´s a nice Dungeon Crawler with isometric view, but since it deviates of classic Silent Hill games it went out of radar.

Deception IV is another game thats jump in my mind. Very funy and addictive but looks like it fell in limbo for most players.

Sorcery Saga Curse of The Great Curry God is pretty underrated and the Limited Edition is insane it comes with a bib and a weird ass spoon. The Sonic all Stars Racing game is also a pretty nice underrated gem.

Persona 4 Golden, nobody knows this game !

    Nah, Just kidding. ^^
Corpse Party Blood Drive would fit as a good answer to the question, but the problem is that you must do the 2 PSP episodes to fully enjoy its experience.
