Definitely have to agree with that! What's even weirder is that the US and European versions have been restored on Play-Asia. It's like we're in the Twilight Zone with this game.

They at least are still responding on twitter even now saying they can't comment, presumably that still means they're working on a solution as I imagine they'd just say no if the coffin was truly sealed.

At this point I think I'd rather they tried to pass things over to EAS or something to avoid the red-tape since I personally see it just dragging out and turning into nothing.

Remain hopeful, my brother! The light will come for certain! We just need to be patient!

At the way things stand right now I am hoping we get an English physical release for some region...ANY region at this point! At least then we'll have the option in some way shape or form.

Not only it has been removed, but they say that they are not going to sell it because of "comercial reasons":
1003547091958976512 is not a valid tweet id

Spanish distributor says that they don't have any info to share at the moment:
1004417294943039488 is not a valid tweet id

I'm happy that I own the Japanese Limited Edition to fall back on if it never happens!

I'm hoping that in my country they don't cancel it considering 3 gameshops still do offer the pre-orders for it.

I sent an email to Nedgame (one of the three that offer the pre order option in the Netherlands), and I got back the following (for the Dutch speaking people here):

Basically, they haven't gotten an official notice that the delivery of the product is uncertain. They mention that the only source they have for a proper delivery date is GameFaqs' Q2 (really? They don't get an release date estimate from the publisher or something?), and that this may mean that it could come later.

Does this tell us anything? Nah, it doesn't. At least there's no official notice! That's something, I guess?

I'm personally thinking that with a few countries banning the game, D3 publisher may be reconsidering allowing the game to be brought over. This could be in part due to possible bad press, but also potentially disappointing sales figures after the regular UK and German markets will be closed off, and they'll only be able to get it physically via import (and digital sales will plummet as well). At the same time, don't they get paid just for the licensing? Or do they also get a share of the profits? I'm guessing this may even be decided on a case to case basis, and I doubt every licensing contract will be the same anyway...

Nedgame cancelled my pre-order 20 minutes ago, I gave them a call about that and they said Pqube informed them the game is cancelled for whole EU.

However they didn't tell Nedgame why.

They got the news today, game is removed from their site.

    This sucks :(

Yeah maybe if I was a guy that would work :p

Jokes aside, my biggest issue is not the cancellation itself but the reason behind it, also it seems Pqube is still dead silent about this and that's annoying too.

Its weird that they haven't said anything. There was a similar situation with the UK version of Penny Punching Princess for the switch, the standard release was cancelled and they said they "are not allowed to tell you why", that said PQube have said nothing at all so until they do its speculation.

Why scour the internet though when I can just look through Lesdennis' post history? :D

I agree with Vita_Girl on why it sucks.

It also seemed like a fun game though...

I can imagine low sales prospects with it being banned in two major markets though

In early November i'll try my best to setup an online stream of myself playing threw Omega Labyrinth Z with auto-translated subtitles courtesy of Google Camera Translate. I've had moderate success with auto-translators in the past so i'm going to see if I can rig a PC to act sort of as my "protocol droid for Vita games" I've got to wait for my living situation to improve first before I can but I can't wait to get started on it.

Cool! I'll probably be watching! :D

I wonder what the chances are that D3 Publisher buys the translation efforts from PQube and self-publishes in Asia like they do Bullet Girls Phantasia (not the buying translation part, just the self-publishing). It'd be cool, and I doubt PQube hasn't put in a lot of effort yet.

I am very offended by people being offended that this game is too offensive!

Apparently there’s going to be a statement issued next week by PQube about this.

The fact that they wired it statement not update says it’s not going to be good news, at least we will know one way or another soon

A "statement" doesn't sound good at all.

I'm pretty sure this will end up like this:

    - 10% it will get any physical english release in the west
    - 20% chance it will be digital only in the west.

My personal thoughts? It skips Sony systems and gets a Steam release in english because PC ecosystem is more friendly for such games.

The Steam option would be an okay solution for me. Not ideal, but workable I guess.

Same here Steam version would be better than nothing.
