I have nothing to play, no idea what to buy next... suggestions?
I suggest getting Borderlands 2 if you like open world fps games or persona 4 golden if you're into Japanese rpg. If you just want a good platformer you should get little big Planet vita
Check, vita players collection threads and forums on here. N do some research on the games
I played borderlands 2 on console, not sure if I want to play it again, already played persona 4 golden and little big planet. I already played cold steel 1 & 2, disappointed 3 isn't releasing on vita.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus maybe?
Got em... But I do think I know which game to buy next, I read somebody say Tokyo Xanadu and by looking at it, it reminds me of Persona/Cold steel. I found my next game.
Tokyo Xanadu is on my radar too, I did already pre-order the PAL version.
Won't be long before Tokyo Xandadu is released. I will wait until it's released, gotta order it online since I'm banned from my local gaming store, not to mention my local stores don't sell vita games anymore.
Shu. I was lucky enough to win a digital code on Twitter a week or so ago & I've been playing it for ten minutes or so every day (not wanting to rush it) & it's pretty good. Having said that, I'm not too keen on the 'Run' sections where you're being chased. I know it's supposed to be an easy game, but I'm useless on those parts.
I'm playing a combination of Ratchet & Clank, Odin Sphere Leifthrasir, with P4G 'on hold'.
R&C is definitely showing its age and isn't a patch on the PS4 remake - some of the timed sections are incredibly tight, and the check points are way too infrequent. It's not a particularly difficult game, just annoying in parts. Still, it's good to be (re)playing the original and I'm keen to check out the 2 sequels in the trilogy, with all of their various improvements. I also understand that the first game is technically the weakest of the three...
I've played though the first 3 characters (just done Mercedes), and I think that I've just got one more to go. I think I'll tackle that once I finish R&C....
Never put P4G on hold, unless you already completed the game. That game is amazing.
Currently playing Valkyrie Drive. Preety good gameplay, bu the story is shit and the characters are even shittier than the story.
Started Neon Chrome yesterday evening - so far it's pretty good. I'm not the biggest fan of rogue-likes, but the ability to upgrade your characters' abilities between each run and the random nature of the levels stops it getting too samey
Beaten the first 2 bosses on Neon Chrome and really enjoying it - the difficulty feels about right and you get sufficient 'in play' upgrades to allow you to progress during each run.
That said, my current run is about an hour long, so it's turning into a bit of a time sink
Playing Tokyo Xanadu. This game is fantastic! It's like Trails of Cold Steel but with a real-time battle system
I'm really looking forward to getting this game myself. Sounds like a really fun game from what I've heard.
Personally, I'm playing Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey ! I have passed the exam so I'm doing some "after quests" ☆ I really like this game because Firis is so damn cute ♡
I have bought Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Book (I'm going to play it after Atelier Firis) and I'm waiting for YS VIII Lacrimosa of Dana (it seems so cool, I can't wait September !!!!) ~
Since I have the DLC, I'm doing a replay of Steamworld Heist on a slightly higher difficulty. I'm planning on clearing the DLC and hopefully scooping up a few more trophies as I go. Almost drained my battery playing the game tonight. Yeah, its just as excellent and addictive as ever!
The closest game I've played in the Vita that's similar to Zelda is Adventure Time: Secret of the Nameless Kingdom. It plays a lot like the Zelda games from the SNES, GB, and GBA.
Another one is Oceanhorn, although I haven't bought that one yet.
More Steamworld Heist. I really can't praise this game enough, I can loose countless hours to the game and never get bored. Almost ready to tackle the first boss, just leveling up a bit more first.
Beat 999 in nonary games now I'm playing Zero Time Dilemma.
Trying out Neon Chrome. It's on sale right now on the US Playstation Store for $4.49.
Just got to chapter 7 in Tokyo Xanadu. So far this is the best game on the Vita I've played this year.
Spent part of the afternoon playing Kung Fury. Its a basic yet addictive two button action game. Only issues I have with the games are that all but one character seems fairly useless and its far too easy to get destroyed by a mob of enemies and you have no way of knowing what is going on, who hit you and who you need to attack next. It was really cheap though so I feel I got my moneys worth out of it, but I can't see me trying to get the last couple of trophies I'm short.
Startet with Superbeat Xonic. Such an awesome game. I like DJ Max a bit more (my Favorite Vita Game), but its still really good. Too bad its so damn hard...
The last few songs really tested my skills. Still can't clear the mission mode as some of the challenges are nuts. Then again the last few songs in DJ Max also kick my ass. I love both games very much, I want to grab some of the PSP DJ Max games but I'm waiting on the PS4 version instead, sounds like a "best of" compilation game in terms of songs.
