The Vocaloid phenomenon returns in the imaginatively titled sequel to Project DIVA f.

While it’s a pleasant surprise to see a niche Japanese title getting a physical release (a first for the Project DIVA series in Europe), it shouldn’t be a surprise to learn that the basics of the main rhythm game haven’t greatly changed from the previous installments. Fundamentally, you’re pressing the correct face button, or flicking for star notes, in time to the music.

Interested in limited edition consoles? Well you might want to add two more to your roster. Two new Phantasy Star Nova themed PlayStation Vitas and PlayStation TVs have been revealed.

The PlayStation Vita comes in two flavors: black and white with each featuring a cute little Niwango emblazoned on the back of the consoles along with the game’s logo. The Sony Style Store has the wifi PS Vita listed for 20,980 yen.

The PlayStation TV comes in white with the same motif as the PlayStation Vitas. The PlayStation TV is available for 11,480 yen or  16,280 yen in a value pack with a DualShock 3.

Speaking of themes, each system comes with a Phantasy Star Nova theme to customize your PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV.
